I can understand how difficult it is to even think about how you could fit in an exercise regimen with a busy career that takes up your entire day. It’s just nearly impossible to devote any time to that when there is something else going on in your day, such as work, kids, work and kids! I may or may not speak for you, but I know that I myself have a rather hard time thinking I can even set aside half an hour to do some weight lifting routine that requires much more time than that to prepare for. You must be thinking that it is a miracle to even get up from the little amount of sleep you had last night so you can go through your usual morning ritual in the bathroom before you drop the kids off at school and deal with the morning rush hour traffic to get to work. Do you even get to fit in the first and most important meal of the day, or do you end up munching on junk food throughout the day before 5:00pm comes around?
